3 Permitted Use
Quix is for personal, non-commercial educational use only. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the app
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes third-party rights
- Use the app to generate or distribute harmful or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers or other users' data
- Redistribute or resell AI-generated quiz content commercially
4 AI-Generated Content
Quiz questions generated by AI are based on your uploaded content and are provided as a study aid only. They may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Always verify important information with authoritative sources. Quix is not responsible for exam results or study outcomes.
5 Payments & Subscriptions
All purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date in your Google Play account settings.
6 Intellectual Property
All app content, design, and software are the property of PuzzleDeveloper. You retain ownership of any notes or documents you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your quiz.
7 Disclaimer of Warranties
Quix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PuzzleDeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or exam results.
9 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app for users who violate these Terms, without prior notice or refund.
10 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
11 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
