Refund & Cancellation Policy

1 Subscriptions

Quix offers monthly Pro subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Cancel from Google Play → Subscriptions → Quix → Cancel
• Access continues until end of the current paid period after cancellation
• Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period

2 Pay Per Generation

Pay-per-generation purchases (₹19 per AI quiz) are non-refundable once the quiz has been successfully delivered. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, a full refund or credit will be issued.

3 Eligible for a Refund

• App was inaccessible for more than 48 hours due to a server outage on our end
• A duplicate charge occurred for the same period
• A pay-per-generation purchase failed to produce any output
• You were charged after cancelling your subscription

4 Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after purchase
• Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
• Partial use of a subscription period
• Device incompatibility issues

5 How to Request a Refund

Email support@quix.app with your Google Play account, charge date and amount, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process in 5–7 business days.
