1 Subscriptions
Quix offers monthly Pro subscriptions purchased through Google Play.

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancel from Google Play → Subscriptions → Quix → Cancel
- Access continues until end of the current paid period after cancellation
- Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund for the current period
2 Pay Per Generation
Pay-per-generation purchases (₹19 per AI quiz) are non-refundable once the quiz has been successfully delivered. If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, a full refund or credit will be issued.
3 Eligible for a Refund
- App was inaccessible for more than 48 hours due to a server outage on our end
- A duplicate charge occurred for the same period
- A pay-per-generation purchase failed to produce any output
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription
4 Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal
- Partial use of a subscription period
- Device incompatibility issues
5 How to Request a Refund
Email support@quix.app with your Google Play account, charge date and amount, and reason. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process in 5–7 business days.

You may also request a refund directly from Google within 48 hours of purchase at Google Play Order History.
